Sydney City Marine is a purpose-designed marine service facility located at Rozelle Bay on Sydney Harbour, designed by Marine Facilities Australia to operate as a comprehensive, multi-use shipyard supporting a wide range of marine activities.

MFA was responsible for the design of the facility, which comprises four specialised buildings, an expansive hardstand area, a working marina, and on-site car parking. The precinct was carefully planned to support efficient vessel movement, maintenance workflows, and safe access for both operators and clients, ensuring the site could accommodate everything from routine vessel servicing and maintenance through to complex refits and full vessel rebuilds.

Conceived as a true “one-stop shop” for the marine industry, Sydney City Marine integrates operational functionality with robust marine infrastructure and regulatory compliance. The project reflects MFA’s expertise in delivering large-scale, working waterfront developments on Sydney Harbour, balancing commercial viability, operational efficiency, and the technical demands of a high-use maritime environment.
