Marine Facilities Australia was engaged at Wyndham Harbour to provide specialist expertise in the planning and development of dry boat storage facilities as part of a broader waterfront precinct. MFA worked as a key member of a multidisciplinary team alongside project managers and architects to develop an integrated scheme comprising a dry boat store, commercial marina, residential marina, and yacht club.

The project required careful consideration of vessel demand, operational efficiency, and the integration of marine infrastructure within a mixed-use waterfront environment. While the development was ultimately not realised, the project provided valuable experience in large-scale marina masterplanning and reinforced MFA’s capability in contributing specialist marine knowledge to complex, multi-stakeholder waterfront developments.
